It starts with finding that special place, with qualities that are hard to put into words. Falling in love with a neighborhood, or walking into an open house and knowing you have just found your new home. It's also having the amenities you been looking for--schools, a beautiful park, an easy walk to a cafe or the grocery store, bus and light rail stops. Seattle's great neighborhoods are one of the things that draw so many here.
My family has been in the Northwest since the late 1800's, having moved West to become part of the booming timber industry. After having done my own exploring, my husband and I moved back to Seattle from Ketchum, Idaho, to put down roots and raise our family. I have been a realtor for more than two decades and have built my career around life in this beautiful city. I have developed an intimate knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods, schools, the arts and architecture.
My educational background in design, residential renovation, interior design and color has helped compliment my work as a realtor. As I share my knowledge with clients, they learn that it is vital to effectively stage a home as part of the marketing plan. A properly staged home helps buyers imagine all of a home's possibilities. I have built a network of craftsman and service providers to help my clients with everyday issues, remodels, repairs, moving, staging, or finding a great restaurant. What I want you to know is that I am here for you, to offer my knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm.
The cornerstone of a successful purchase or sale is finding an advocate who clearly understands your vision and your needs. In addition to market knowledge and skill at the negotiating table, I guide my clients through each phase of a transaction, providing resources and solutions to challenges that may arise.
I understand the intensely personal nature of buying or selling a home. Each transaction is as unique as you are, so the focus is on your needs and individual real estate goals. Building a relationship of trust and respect is my mission.
